This is a placeholder, not a contract. Alffi is pre-launch. Publishing terms now would mean publishing terms for a product still taking its final shape — so we haven’t.
Full terms of service will be published before Alffi is generally available. Nobody is being asked to agree to anything on this website.
Design partners are covered by a written agreement provided directly as part of joining the programme, rather than by a click-through on this page. If you are considering becoming a design partner and want to see those terms before you commit, ask and we’ll send them to you.
A few positions that are settled, and that will not change between now and publication:
Alffi includes features that use artificial intelligence — reading labels, counting stock from photographs, answering questions about your records. These produce estimates and suggestions, not professional advice. They do not replace an agronomist, a vet, a scale, or your own judgement, and any eventual terms will say so plainly.
Alffi is a product of Farmers Friend App Pty Ltd (ABN 54 694 823 786), an Australian company. Any eventual agreement will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
