Flat per business. Never per user, never per head.
Indicative pricing. AIffi is pre-launch and billing is not switched on. Design partners are not charged. These figures show the shape of the model so you can judge whether it works for your operation — not a checkout.
There are no tiers. Every business pays the same base price for the platform, then subscribes to the modules their operation actually uses.
The platform itself — and everyone in your business
Install what you need from the dashboard. Dependencies come along automatically — add Irrigation and it brings Equipment and Fuel with it, at no extra charge for the dependency.
| Module | What it covers | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Livestock | Mobs, movements, weights, treatments, kill batches, NLIS, eNVD | $25 |
| Irrigation | Pumps, irrigators, runs, logs, scheduling, water compliance | $20 |
| Cropping | Chemicals, fertiliser, seed, APVMA label lookup, withholding periods | $20 |
| Equipment | Machinery, vehicles, implements, attachments, service history | $15 |
| Jobs | A work queue that raises and retracts its own work, assignment from the queue, send to whoever’s doing it | $25 |
| Fuel | Fuel catalogue, deliveries, consumption, running costs | With Irrigation or Equipment |
| Weather | Your station, Bureau of Meteorology data, rainfall, soil moisture | $5 |
| Reporting | Custom reports, PDF, CSV and Excel export, your branding | Included in Base |
All prices in Australian dollars.
Most farm platforms price per user, per head, or both. Take on a second farmhand, bring in a contract sprayer, give your agronomist a login, buy another 300 head — and the invoice moves. AIffi’s doesn’t.
This isn’t a promotional position we could quietly reverse. The database that stores our plans has a constraint preventing a per-seat price from being written at all. Changing that would take a deliberate rebuild of the database, not a pricing decision.
Some things AIffi does cost real money each time they run — reading a chemical label, counting stock in a photograph, reading a pasture photo, weighing an animal from a photo, scanning a paddock by satellite, or a conversation with Ask AIffi. Rather than bundling that into a higher subscription that everyone pays whether they use it or not, AIffi bills it from a prepaid balance.
You top the balance up, it draws down as you use those features, and a gauge in the dashboard shows what’s left. Purchased balance doesn’t expire.
We’re not publishing a rate yet. Billing isn’t live, and we would rather quote you a real number once it is than print one now and change it. Everything that costs credits is labelled as such in the interface before you run it — a satellite paddock scan, for instance, tells you its cost up front.
If you run a few hundred head and nothing else, a single-purpose livestock app will cost you less than AIffi — and today it will do some livestock-specific things better, with a mobile app you can take into the yards.
Where AIffi wins is slope, not level. Competitors that price per head or per user get more expensive as you grow. AIffi’s base doesn’t move. And if your property runs more than one thing — stock and crops and irrigation — you are otherwise paying three vendors to hold three disconnected pictures of the same business.
If a single vertical product genuinely covers your operation and you’re happy with it, we’d honestly tell you to stay put.
The first question farmers ask about any software is whether it’s worth it. The second is whose numbers say so. These are ours, on a mixed farm of 500 head, 150 hectares of crop and 100 of irrigated pasture, with one farmhand. Every figure below is yours to change — nothing is sent anywhere.
Most of it isn’t clever. It’s the same record doing three jobs instead of being typed three times, an irrigation run that waits for the soil instead of the calendar, and a withholding period you ask about instead of trying to remember.
Whatever you pay today for the products AIffi replaces. Your figure, not ours.
A spray goes in once: the withholding check, the grazing answer and the spray diary all read that record. A movement goes in once and answers “where is that mob”.
Each run is flagged from its last soil reading, with the Bureau’s evapotranspiration beside it, and the job retracts itself when rain falls. Diesel is counted at about 20 litres a start.
One consignment turned back, or one paddock grazed too early — freight, yard time and delay.
Meter readings, allocation and licence details exported, instead of reconstructing them at the end of the season.
Portal files checked against your movements rather than by hand, each quarter.
Mobs checked from a photograph instead of counting through a gate. Before AI usage.
Withholding periods, rates and re-entry times read off the label rather than keyed in. First year.
These are our assumptions, not your results. If the number comes out small for your place, believe your number, not ours. Two rows use AI, which is billed separately from a prepaid balance; those savings are before it. Photo weighing is left out of this sum altogether.
Defaults: farm labour at the casual Pastoral Award rate, diesel at the NSW regional average, and temporary water well under recent Murrumbidgee prices. The subscription is the base plus Livestock, Cropping, Irrigation, Jobs and Weather, which is what this farm would install.
Nothing. Billing isn’t switched on, and we won’t backdate charges. When pricing starts you’ll get founding terms and advance notice — we hold ourselves to 30 days’ notice on any price change.
Because the base subscription isn’t a wrapper around features — it is the platform itself, including the records, the map, the API and Ask AIffi. There is no meaningful version of AIffi with that removed.
No. Install only what your operation uses. If you never irrigate, you never see or pay for Irrigation. You can add or remove modules later without losing data.
No, and there structurally can’t be. Invite as many people as you need — family, staff, agronomist, contract operators. Roles control what each person can do, not what you pay.
Your records aren’t deleted the moment a payment fails. There’s a grace period, and your data is retained for three months after cancellation so you can export it. Export is available at any time via the API, or as CSV, Excel and PDF.
Sometimes. Unusual operations don’t always fit a standard price, and the platform supports negotiated rates. Talk to us.
Reasonable. Book a walkthrough and we’ll show you the platform running a real farm.
